As the oldest daughter of Dave and Amanda, Alysha Walker grew up watching her parents pour their hearts into helping people achieve their best lives through real estate. From client conversations around the dinner table to spending summers working in the family business, she developed an early appreciation for the relationships, care, and commitment that define The Walker Team—and knew she wanted to be part of it one day.

Driven, ambitious, and always eager to learn, Alysha earned her Mortgage Licence before starting university and her Real Estate Licence soon after. She went on to graduate from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick with a degree in Commerce and Economics, where she discovered a passion for leadership, strategy, and organizational growth. During her time there, she served as President of the Commerce Society, represented the university in national business case competitions, received the Frank H. Sobey Award for Excellence in Business Studies, and today proudly serves on Mount Allison University's Alumni Board of Directors.

Throughout her university years, Alysha returned home each summer to work alongside her family, gaining hands-on experience in administration, marketing, client care, and real estate operations. Those experiences gave her a unique understanding of the business from the ground up and reinforced the importance of delivering an exceptional client experience in every interaction.

After graduating in 2024, Alysha joined The Walker Team full time, where she now serves as both a licensed REALTOR® and Director of Operations. She focuses on building efficient systems, supporting the team's growth, and continually finding new ways to elevate the client experience. Whether she's helping clients navigate the buying or selling process, supporting the team behind the scenes, or implementing new ideas to help The Walker Team grow, Alysha brings energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for serving both clients and her team. A lifelong learner, she's always diving into the next book, podcast, or conference, believing that investing in herself is one of the best ways to invest in those she serves.

Outside of work, Alysha is a newlywed, having married her husband, Jaden, in 2026. Together, they love making memories with their cockapoo, Harper, who has quickly earned the title of the family's most spoiled member. Whether she's spending time with family and friends, planning her next travel adventure, tracking down Barrie's best pasta, or dreaming up the next goal to chase, Alysha brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to her personal life that she does to her work. She is proud to help shape the next chapter of The Walker Team while staying true to the values it was built on: integrity, exceptional service, and walking alongside clients every step of the way.
