Raised in Simcoe County since the age of five, Jenn Bailey has always known this is a wonderful place to call home. As the youngest of four children in a family of local business owners, she grew up understanding the value of hard work, strong relationships, and treating people with care.

Jenn's love for homes began long before real estate became her career. At just 12 years old, she designed a floor plan for a family friend's renovation—an early glimpse of the creativity and vision that would shape her future. In her early twenties, she and her husband, Russ, began purchasing and renovating homes while raising their three children, giving Jenn firsthand experience in recognizing the potential in every property.

When their youngest left for university, Jenn knew it was the perfect time to turn a lifelong interest into a full-time career. She earned her Real Estate Licence and joined The Walker Team in 2016, where she found a team whose values and client-first approach perfectly aligned with her own.

Jenn believes buying or selling a home should feel exciting—not overwhelming. While she understands the significance of every decision, she has a natural ability to make the process enjoyable, comfortable, and even fun. Clients appreciate her warm personality, honest guidance, thoughtful attention to detail, and eye for design, often relying on her to help them envision a home's full potential.

Having known Dave and Amanda for nearly two decades, Jenn is proud to be part of The Walker Team and the relationships they've built within the community. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside her clients through one of life's biggest milestones, helping them feel confident, supported, and excited about what comes next.

Outside of work, Jenn treasures time with her husband, Russ, their three grown children, and their three grandchildren. While one of her daughters now calls Winnipeg home, Jenn loves every opportunity to visit and make new memories together. Closer to home, you'll often find her making memories with her grandchildren, who keep life busy, joyful, and full of adventure. Whether she's gathering with family, tackling a home project, or dreaming up her next design idea, Jenn brings the same warmth, care, and enthusiasm to her personal life that she shares with every client. Family has always been at the heart of her life, and it's one of the reasons she's finds so much joy in helping others discover a place to call home.
